Can you book individual trips, or only group trips?

Both! In addition to our curated group departures, Where’s Wendy Destinations can help plan individual trips for solo travelers, couples, friends, and families. Contact Wendy to discuss your destination and travel plans.

Can I join a group trip by myself?

Absolutely—solo travelers are welcome! Choose a single-occupancy package when available, or bring a roommate to share a double-occupancy room. Unless a trip specifically offers roommate matching, you are responsible for providing your own roommate; a match is not guaranteed.

Are your group trips open to men and women?

Yes! All Where’s Wendy Destinations group trips are co-ed. Come solo, with your partner, or with friends and family.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for eligible trips. Deposits, installment schedules, and final payment deadlines vary by package and booking date. Review your selected trip’s booking page for the available options before reserving.

Is airfare included?

Airfare is not included unless the package specifically lists it as an inclusion. Check your trip’s details before purchasing flights, and contact Wendy if you need help confirming arrival and departure dates.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your travel investment. Coverage and exclusions vary by policy. Some destinations also require specific insurance for entry; review the requirements for your itinerary before departure.

Are deposits and payments refundable?

Deposits are nonrefundable. Other payments, including final payments, have a separate 24-hour refund window after each payment is successfully processed. After that window, the payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Cancellation requests must be received in writing at info@wheres-wendy.com within the applicable window. Review our Terms & Conditions and your trip’s booking terms for full details, exceptions, and supplier restrictions.

How do I request a custom trip?

Email info@wheres-wendy.com with your preferred destination, travel dates, departure airport, number of travelers, approximate budget per person, and the experiences you have in mind. Wendy will follow up to discuss your plans.
